Base Gasket Seeping - Replace?

As you know, I have the head off my '97 and am working on painting it. I noticed today, while masking, that the base gasket is seeping oil near the oil-galleys on the right side (#4 cylinder). Since the cylinder is held in place by the head bolts, should I be concerned about this weeping or do you think it'll subside when I get the engine back together? I guess, ultimately, should I pull the cylinder and replace the base gasket or should I put it back together and hope for the best?
