VIN doesn't make sense.

Can someone help me decode this VIN: JYARJ 011000 008475? When I run it through the online VIN decoders they say the year is wrong. It's a -99 European Diversion 600S sold in Sweden. I checked the guide here on the forum also but it wouldn't line up. The pictures are a little weird. It looks on the first like the bike is blue but it's a dark green metallic.
