Changing timing rotor

So the tabs on my timing rotor aren't looking the most amazing, so I've ordered a new one, I have to take it off to replace an oil seal anyways..... But I can't seem to get the damn bolt off. I've tried slip-joint pipe wrench, high gear and all but standing on rear brake, I can't break the damn bolt loose, any tips? I've tried both directions since I'm not sure which direction it's threaded.
