So it first started in 2014 whoa its quite a lot of time
I bought this absolute pice of *** for about 600$

At first i wanted to do it "quickly" repaint fix few problems and enjoy the ride , but when i started to disassembly the bike i found a lot of problems. The wiring was a trash, swingarm was bent clutch was noisy brakes were terrible etc.

I repaint whole bike, new swingarm and frame were powder coated

Then i sterted to assembly the machine

It came in time when i started to work as a machinist so i was keep producing new parts learning cad_cam environment while working and fixing the bike .

Then finally the bike was done but i wasn't satisfied with the final result.

So right now i'm working on final shape of the bike . I wanna 3d print some kind of small windshield

BTW does anybody had a problem with fuel tap , mine is constantly failing and it has a new sealings , springs and membrane.
