Parts for Rebuild

Hello all! It's been a while since I have visited the forum. Mainly due to life events: car dying, working on another motorcycle, that motorcycle dying, and then getting a new bike altogether.
Long story short, I am back working on the XJ so I can have a fun bike for around town and not worry about what happens to it much. With that being said, I am looking to see if anyone can help me identify a bolt that I need..
I have attached the picture below. The bolt in question is circled in yellow. I don't have a bolt there now, just something to plug the hole so that oil does not come out.
