Seca Blastphemy!

I was talking with a guy at my local bike shop today and he has a Buell 1125R:

He is asking $6500 for it but talked him down to $5900 and also he was willing to accept a trade value of $1800 for my Seca II. This comes out to be a break even point after replacing brake pads, tires, fork seals, two oil changes, new chain / sprockets, and a rear rack.
The Buell has 15K miles on it and has everything up to date. It has an aftermarket high rise handlebar which looks similar to the seca setup and has mounted 12V adapter.
I do not believe this to be the best deal out there but what do you all think?
My final thought is that I really like my Seca and don't want to part with it I would rather just buy another bike outright. But would any of you do this deal?
