XJ600 S Diversion engine runs with interruptions

Hello,
I've uploaded this video to see exactly what i m talking about:
At idle everything is perfect, also few miles, runs perfect, after few minutes and 3-4miles, starts to do like this, i can't go more than 30 Miles per Hour (50km/h)
And the symptoms get worse as i go, the engine stops, sometimes it seems to work in two pistons, when i pull the throttle nothing happens.
I've changed the sparkplugs, same thing. I changed the fuel filter, changed the hoses with new ones, checked the filters from the tank, the tap, fuel pump, everyting is ok.
I don't know if it's something from the electrical installation or the carbs.
You have encountered something like this? What could be?
It used to run great, i didn't use it for 1 month and then...started to do like that.
