engine only runs smooth on idle

Hello everyone.
I have a engine issue. When riding home after work it started to fail, working only in 3 cilinders. I checked the sparks plugs and one of them was black and a little wet. I cleanead the spark plug and went for a 80km ride and it worked just fine. But next day it happened again and since then It only works fine on idle and with a light rotation Increase. Above the 2500 rpm it starts to work only with 3 cilinders (the second cilinder on the left fails). This is dangerous especially when i'm overtaking other vehicles.
Can someone help me?
ps: spark plugs have less then 10.000 kilometers (NGK)
