Stuck rear caliper bolts (pinch bolts?)

Heyo!
Anyone got any tips on removing the 2 bolts that hold the rear caliper halves together?
Caliper works (brakes the rotor, etc), but no way to get these apart to rebuild them, and they need it (been decades since last service, seriously)
I've tried a cordless impact driver, hitting a wrench with a hammer, and heating up the caliper with a torch, and no luck!
