Cant send private messages???

Either im a noob and cant figure it out or i just cant send PM's i have sent several but they are all still in my outbox and nothing in the "sent messages box" I even sent one to a Moderator asking for help, but lot of good that does if it really didnt get sent lol. Help please thank you
