Still running rich

So my bike has been running rich for so so long now. And honestly the reason why I haven't fixed it is because, the shop quotes are like $500, and I haven't done it myself because I'm not sure what I'm even fixing, but I shall make another post and see if you all knowing wise men can help.
It runs, once it's warm it won't die, gas doesn't leak out anywhere. None of the diaphragms are stuck. It just runs ungodly rich. I think I'm averaging a little under 25mpg on the freeway. I have to fill up every 2-3 days and with current gas prices here in AZ reaching almost $3.50 a gallon, that's not great. So right now the only thing I think can be the issue is a stuck float... Or a few. Unless maybe it's something else? But my question is. Do I need to crack open the entire bank of carbs, and tune and sync and clean and replace everything, or can I just fix the stuck floats and be done? Because obviously she runs and warms up just, not correctly, here's an example. I adjusted my pilot screws, and nothing happened. That's how rich. And if I do need to take off the float bowls, do I need to buy new gaskets? Or maybe just throw some gasket maker in it and call it a day? Do I need to replace Jets? Even if they look clean? Where do I even find these things? I feel like I can't locate a single rebuild kit for our bikes anywhere? Also how would I fix slow throttle response? I recently played with my buddies carbed Suzuki katana 750 and the throttle response was so snappy and sweet. I would love to roll on and roll off like that. I feel like mine has such a delay compared to it? Sorry for the questions guys. Alot of thought into the topic!
