What you can buy for a pound, or - a new project is born!

This, for those of you that don't reside in the UK and haven't ever seen one, is the humble British Pound Coin:

Its worth, at todays rates, approximately: 1.14 euro, $1.14US, 1.77 Australian dollar, 1.72 Canadian, or 82 Russian rubles.
In the UK it can normally buy a chocolate bar, or (maybe) one can of beer from a supermarket, a lottery scratchcard (a cheap one anyway), or a pen.
Or, in my case today, it bought me this:

Yes people, this 1994 XJ600S frame cost me a pound!!!! And it has a V5 (title) with it. Its straight, dent free, has a little rust here and there, but good.
So, I hear you ask, what will you do with it?
The answer is, I'm not sure!! I have so many ideas in my head. Its going to be a ground up build, and will probably take me ages to finish (cost and time...)
I don't even know what I want it to look like! Either a cafe racer or flat/street tracker inspired build, but thats probably a long way off. I'm more than open to suggestions!
Heres what I have in mind:
New rear frame section with single seat, custom seat mount and tail, battery box hidden away, integrated rear lights for a nice clean look
Bandit or RF600 swingarm - want a 17" wheel and an underslung rear brake caliper (Radare has already done a fantastic write up for this so relatively painless). The underslung brake caliper will move the brake away from....
Twin rear shocks between the rear frame and swing arm. Purely because they look great. And it frees up room at the front of the swingarm as I'm also considering...
An underseat exhaust
YZFR front end with clip ons (if I go cafe racer) or FZR front end with XJ upper triple (if I go with bars)
Standard XJ engine, fuel tank and fuel delivery, airbox, wiring loom,
Some kind of single clean looking clock unit and naked simple headlight
I'd welcome any thoughts/inputs/ideas though!
