Is this carb trashed?

I had to use a dremel to grind away the butter fly valve. I nicked the throad a few times as you can see. On the intake side, there is an actual indentation. On the engine side they are just scratches I can barely feel. This is not where the slide rides, and there is maching in there anyways. The exact area where the butterfly valve will seal seems to be find, its just all around it that it is scratched up.
