Clutch cable at the end of adjustment

So I'm not sure if I need a new clutch cable or what but I'm currently at the end of my adjustments on both ends of the cable. The cable doesn't look to be stretched or damaged and it currently shifts fine the way it is, but the adjuster is literally hanging on by a thread or 2 on each end which doesn't seem right. Here are a few pics so you can see what I mean. Is it time for a new cable?
