Bigger carb jets - what size?

Hello all,
I have a 1996 XJ 600 with straight through exhaust and 4 mini POD filters. As a result there is no restriction on the engine.
At the moment the carb jets are stock which I think are 105. I'm keen to upgrade my jets, what size would you recommend?
