Recent enhancements

I've implemented some site enhancements over the past couple of days that you all might like. First are flags. You can add a flag to your profile which will let us know what country you are from. This is nice given we are an international community.
The second is the ability to search a specific person's post. You can do this from their profile page.
The third are similar-topic posts appearing with each topic. This provides a recommendation of other topics which might be similar and might help answer your question.
