degreaser?

So I've got my bike stripped down to the frame. I need to clean it up and prep it for painting. Is there a good, easy to use, cheap degreaser anyone recomends. 
I have some spray can degreaser somewhere but this thing is going to need quite a bit more. 19 years of gunk to wash away.
