Carburetor mixture screw

I cleaned my carburetors, now i have to assembly all and adjust the mixture. In my XJ (1992) the carburetors are little different (similar to FZR 600 for example). These looks like this
Maybe someone adjusted these carburetors. I need information how much turns the mixture screw from the bottom for stock setup
