Cracked bearing in fork

The seals in my front forks well pretty bad. One leaking very bad, the other hard and cracking. Decided to replace them following Oldman's procedure. Once they were apart I checked each bushing with a light. One was cracked. Tapping with a piece of wood didnt seem to budge it. I checked both service manuals (because I failed to do so with me last problem) and didnt see anything. Any suggestions on how to remove this bushing? Thanks
