How to remove spray paint from powder coating

Hello everyone, I picked up my '94 Seca II last week and while I'm waiting on parts I want to get this craptastic black spray paint off my bike. It looks pretty thick and I don't want to hurt the nice blue powder coating. Any suggestions? Thank you!
