PHPBB 3.2

I hope some of you remember the effort I went through in late 2014 to update the site from phpbb 3.0 to 3.1. This was a major change for the site and required a custom theme and tons of coding. I found out today that the end-of-maintenance for 3,1 is December and that end-of-life is July next year. That means that, in a few months, we will be going through those motions again to move to 3.2. I hope to be on the ball sooner this time and move to the new version more efficiently. That being said, I will be reaching out to you all for help in the near future. If you'd like to be involved, let me know.
