Optimal temperature?

Hi guys,
I have placed some temp sensors on my Xj600 96 and now i can check the working temps on the bike.
Anyone knows what should be the normal working temperatures? Of the Cilinder Head and the oil temp?
Im getting 120ºC of the engine head and 95ºC of the oil. Air temperure here is about 25ºC.
