Petcock inlet pipes, replacements available?

Is anyone aware of individual part numbers for the fuel inlet pipes that control the "ON" and "RES" on the fuel petcock?
After finding the fuel in my tank has gone bad over the winter, I decided to go through the carbs and inspect the tank. Noticing a tiny bit of rust, I decided to remove the petcock for further inspection. Apparently the previous owner discarded the fuel inlet pipes. Suggestions for suitable replacements?
