Bolt-on, No-drilling Rear Rack for the '92-'96 Seca II

I had some down time (read that as, "I am snowed in and bored"), so I began working on a design for a rear rack which would bolt onto the back of the Seca II, require no drilling, and would utilize the existing frame mounts. Here's my first take at a rack for the back of the Seca II. This one is designed such that a Givi Monokey rack could be utilized to allow sidebag mounting too. As designed, it weights 3.4 lbs and would support up to 50 lbs of weight.

So here it is. Tell me what you think of my first take: Thoughts? Opinions? Revisions?
