Help NEEDED after Starter Clutch gears replacment

Ok so i have got most of the bike back together, after stripping down to complete the starter clutch gears replacement.
followed the guides posted on there by Radare and Oldman,
So i thought i would try and start it or at least get it to cough (show some life). Gave it new spark plugs, oil n filter, battery. I then added fuel directly to the carbs. (Fuel tank is next to be cleaned).
I hit the start button and what..! All i here is the starter spins zzzzzzzzzz, So i removed the starter checked the gear yep all teeth there, tried again and again the same noise..
Now i am stuck ans really need some help and input.. thanks.
