Site Update Today with User Permission Fix

I will be updated the site to PHPBB 3.1.8 today. One thing they fixed with this latest update is the bug which prevents users from being moved out of the Newly Registered Users group automatically. I am quite happy to see that fix. Here's the change-verbiage:
We are pleased to announce the release of phpBB 3.1.8 "Bertie's late Valentine's present". This version is a maintenance release of the 3.1.x branch which fixes various smaller bugs including users not automatically being removed from the Newly Registered Users group and permanent deletion of posts not working from View Topic pages. It also adds support for using https in the Extensions version check.
