So I made the jump and got a 1992 Seca 2. It was a daily commuter until 2 months ago when the guy bought a newer bike. I rode dirt bikes a little as a teen, but always wanted a street bike. so here we go. I'm taking the training class with my daughter this weekend and am fixing up the bike to get ready to ride. new tires are on the way, oils change is done, seems to run well! I am comfortable with a wrench in my hand but have never worked on bikes that had engines.
I've looked at the videos on line for removing and replacing tires, whats your thought:
A: good newbie project, not likely to kill yourself if you pay attention
B:Take it in, it's worth it.
C:Take it in get the tires changed and get it looked over while its there. I may have to wait to afford this one.
Thoughts?
