Ok, last of the odd carb related issues (might not be carbs...who knows, possibly, hopefully y'all do). Anyway, while cruising at a steady throttle I'm getting surges/drops in rpms. Blinker fluid is full! It is a bit nerve racking as it seems like it's dying/fuel starved but picks back up. I've narrowed it down to:
1: needs plugs?
2: vacuum leak?
3: fuel pump issue?

Help me out xj geniuses!
