Hello from Berkeley, Canada

Bought a non-running 1995 Seca one day from a local Craigslist ad. Price was low, and owner said all that was needed was the ignition box and one coil, guaranteed to run. I carefully transported my new purchase by truck, and bought the necessary parts, dropped in a new battery and fresh gasoline, cranked the starter for almost a minute, and voila! running Seca!!
Noticed strange features:
VIN and Engine number start with 4BR followed by only 6 digits; Ignition switch uses 4 wires, not three. Left handlebar switch allows me to turn off the headlight, and includes button for passing light (flashes the bright lamp); some hoses at the carbs that carry oil; and probably other stuff.
Is my bike Canadian? If so, is there any danger when my neighbors find out, or can we keep it secret? LOL!
Here's what she looks like today.

I keep hoping to run across the burgundy color pieces for the front fairing,
though I also have an aftermarket fairing that might be fitted, with some effort.
Cheers!
