Replacement screws and bolts?

Hi guys,
So, pulling apart different parts of my pre divvy XJ there are some bolts that are in dire need of replacement. One of the handlebar screws are in pretty rough shape, and all the screws for the exhaust manifolds have seen better days.
So, how would you go about replacing these? Where would one get replacements in the right diameter, length, head etc?
