Help Too Many Choices! Lok-tite & gasket sealers

I have discovered that there are way too many gasket sealers and lok-tite formulas these days.
Would Somebody Please Indicate The proper adhesives, sealers and lok-tites for the following?
(New) Valve Cover Gasket (I can't imagine trying to get it in place without adhesive)
Clutch Cover Bolts
Clutch Cover Gasket
Rotor Bolts
