Carb problems?

Hi there.
When my 92 diversion is hot, it starts to work like is only in 3 cylinders but only on low rpm. On medium rpm and high rpm it still goes, but on low rpm it fails and sounds like only 2 or 3 cylinders are working, sounds like a CB 500.
I cant figure that out, what could it be? Vacuum problems?
