Need help for Engine Timing

Hey guys, took the cams off to replace the shims and now I'm trying to understand the service manual and how to put it all back together in regards to the engine timing. If anyone could clarify and possible provide pictures that are alittle better than the manuals, that would be awesome.. if not, I will have to dig alittle deeper and figure it out.
