Looking for shifter shaft spacer dimensions

Does anyone have dimensions for the shifter shaft spacer (P/N: 90560-12211-00)? OD, ID, length? Maybe even a guess at the material? Found mine to be practically non-existent in a glob of road gunk solidly held together in a decades worth (i'm guessing) of chainwax.
