Don't start on me!

I had left my seca II sitting idle for a couple of weeks due to a broken clutch cable & me wanting to do a hydraulic clutch conversion.
No that i have done that, the machine just wont start. I have check that the spark plugs are firing proper, but i suspect that the carbs are not sucking in fuel. Ive turned the fuel petcock to prime & checked that the fuel leaked out when i took off the fuel hose.
You guys have any ideas on how to force feed the carbs?
