Cable clutch to hydraulic conversion

Hi,
My clutch cable broke, so, i thought i might as well do this hydraulic clutch conversion. Bought the kit & did the routing. Bled the system number of times, but the slave cylinder pin movement was so small weak. I suspect there might be some air trapped @ the joints.
Any ideas on how rectify this guys?
