My '93 Diversion sounds a little sick

So started up my XJ this morning and let it sit idle for a bit, but noticed that after around 10mins there was like a missing/popping sound?
Recorded a video of it so you guy's can listen, I'm very new to Motorcycles so to me this sounds very odd.

Edit: I took her out for a quick up the hill and down again, put her in 2nd and she sounded fine, except I had massive fairing rattle (I think) so I think it could simply be that the carbs need cleaning out?
