Headers into the head (with pics)

Hey guys, just wondering how far the headers are supposed to go into the head. I got a set of stock headers on with new gaskets but I'm still leaking there. I don't feel comfortable tightening much more due to the other studs shearing off with such little torque. Here's the pics, look like they should go in further, let me know
