Selling the SecaII. What's worth what?

Hey all. So I ended up with a "couldn't pass it up" deal on a 2005 FZ6. I definitely can't keep the '93 SecaII also. SO I'm gonna sell it. After all that work! 
My question is this: locally, not many people understand the center stand or luggage rack's value. I have things like bar ends (I changed grips), the center stand, the luggage rack and a belly pan (no hardware) that I figure have more value to people here than they do to Johnny Craigslist who is just looking for his first knock-around sportbike.
Would I be better off selling parts to those of you here who are looking for them? Or just try to sell the heck out of the thing to Johnny Craigslist?
