Got an annoying problem that i cant get to the bottom off. With the fuel tap in the on position when i turn the key to start the engine the fuel pump will whirr away and not stop, if i turn the tap to prime it will slow down then stop like its supposed to. So far ive rebuilt the tap with a repair kit, changed the inline fuel filter and put new hoses onto the fuel pump. My thinking was that maybe air was getting in via a cracked pipe but no joy.
Any ideas ?? :huh:
