Hey Kole.
How long have you had your bike? During that time have you gone through a proper carb cleaning?
If so did you have your carb synchronized? The symptoms that you are describing sounds like it could be either be
1) a vacuum leak, which you checked for
2) off sync carburetor
I'm no pro, but consider those particular symptoms you've described, those are the places I would check first.
