Will this headlight get me a ticket?

I would like to get an LED headlight, but as many of you know, the US government doesn't like it when people have fun, so they require cumbersome and unnecessary DOT certification of all headlights. Now my current headlight apparently isn't DOT certified (no DOT etch on the lens), but I have had no problems with it over the last 6 years (it looks like a normal headlight). If I were to go with an LED headlight, such as this one, do you think it would be a a red flag for cops to pull me over and check it for DOT markings?
I have been looking for a nice round LED headlight, but it seems none of them are DOT unless they cost over $300. I don't know of any OEM LED headlights that are reasonably priced either. Any thoughts?
