speedometer aftermarket

Hi,
I'm looking for a small speedometer for my Xj. I buyed this one:

but it's very unfonctionnal! and I think the ratio is not the good one... Somebody knows what is the 1992 xj speedometer ratio?
And do you know a good speedo to recommend to me?
