Low RPM rattle after engine reassembly.

So I got my engine put back together after completely disassembling it, and I am getting a rattle/growling at low RPM's. It sounds like it is coming from the back, where the transmission is, but I can't think of anything that I forgot to tighten or put back, anything like that. I didn't have any leftovers either.
I did take the transmission apart and had to put the gears and washer back on. I suppose I could have put something on wrong, but I followed the FSM and reasoned through the order and everything myself before putting it back in. I didn't shift the transmission the other night, but I can do that tonight as long as I won't do any damage if I did somehow put something back on wrong.
Anyone got any ideas of what I might have put back together wrong, or might cause a low RPM rattle?
Also, I was thinking about this afterwards, I didn't prime the oil pump, so could it be that the oil pump isn't sucking anything in, so it is making the noise? Do I need to prime the oil pump?
