Flooded cylinders

So my bike was left to sit with the petcock set on prime and a full tank of gas for nearly a week now. Noticed it was leaking fuel and that is when I saw it was on prime.
So long story short, cylinders full of fuel and crankcase full of fuel. I am obviously going to have to change the oil and so forth.
For starters, any recommendations on how to remove the fuel from the cylinders? Anything I should be worried about as far as getting all the fuel out of the crankcase? Has anyone had this happen before, I would hope I am not the first...
