Noisy front sprocket?

Seems my front sprocket is whining, atleast I think its the front sprocket, thats where the sound seems to be coming from.
Well lubed, chain isnt too tight. Teeth are all good. Only seems to be between 20 and 50/55 mph.
Gets louder with road speed not engine speed. And most noisy when slowing down.
Very strange. :ponder: Any ideas?
