Tire Time for the '92

I noticed while riding to work, today, that the Shinko Podiums are starting to crack along their tread blocks. I put the front on last May, just before the rally, and the rear has another season in it. 5k miles on front, 8-10k miles on rear. Not great.
My tire options are pretty limited. I prefer to run a matching set but with my mix-match modded XJ, I need a 120 front tire and a 150 rear. The common rear tire size for the FZR wheel is 150/60. I see a lot of manufacturers offering a 150/70.
I'm currently running a 120/60 front and a 150/60 rear. If I were to go to a 120/70 front and a 150/70 rear, do you all think it'd work out or should I just stick another set of Podiums on the old girl?
