Seat of instability

This is like one of the last little issues I have with my XJ. The seat just kind of plops in place. There's no latch or locking mechanism so if I go over bump it comes off and gets mis- aligned and I have to get off the bike and put it back into place. Anybody have any ideas about how to remedy this situation. Otherwise I'm having a lot of fun on my bike.
