Repairing carb diaphragm?

In the middle of a carb tear down and found that three of my carb diaphragms are damaged. Not all the way through but there is sort of a flap.
is there an easy, realiable way to repair this or do I need to get all new diaphragms?
I've heard using yamabond, or nail polish can work. Thoughts?

and its about all I can find in the way of diaphragms for this bike. Does it seem like a reasonable deal
