What should my Seca II's fuel economy (MPG) be?
Your fuel economy (MPG) will vary greatly depending on your weight, your riding style, your tires & pressure and your riding weather. A stock XJ with a 160 lb rider who rides during moderate weather and rides conservatively may see fuel economy in the 50 to 60 MPG range. Riding aggressively or with lots of gear will cut that number in half.
The average reported fuel economy for the Seca II, according to Yamaha, is 44 MPG on a stock bike.
